Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of simple bedside continous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVHF) on the elderly with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) Methods 9 cases with MODS were treated by free online CVVHF, besides combined therapy, and clinical objects were observed before and after the treatment Results Heart failure and acidosis was improved in all the patients;The serum total CO 2(TCO 2) and arterial blood oxygen saturation(SaO 2) was significantly increased Conclusion Simple bedside CVVHF can provide a safe and effective method for the MODS patients in emergency ICU and primary hospital [
