Changes of sixty-years' strategies for sports development in China

Abstract

With adoption of literature study,this paper reviewed the most important sports issues in China since 1949.In accordance with the policies and relevant historical documents issued by the Chinese Central Government and the sports authorities,the changes of the strategies for sports development were analyzed.It was shown that sports for all and competitive sports had gone along side by side,which ensured a harmonious development of the Chinese sports.
