Anomie classroom behavior of students affects the normal classroom activities;it is also a common concern by classroom manager.Most teachers are used to maintain standards,control behaviors,such as punishment,praise,encouragement and neglect.Although these controlled strategy to achieve a certain purpose,but it also brought many negative effects.Thomas Gordon is one representative of schools of humanistic counseling.Thomas Gordon put forward students' responsibility model,and he advocated a non-control methods to influence the students,which is for teachers to solve anomie classroom behavior of students.
