Abstract
The samples were prepared by microwave digestion with HNO3 and H2O2. The constituents and contents of mineral elements of Myosotis sylvatica were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma opti-cal emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The experiment results show that fifteen kinds of mineral elements are quantitatively tested from Myosotis sylvatica, including K, Na, Ti, Al, B, Ba, Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, P, S, Si, Sr and Zn. The contents of marco elements of K, Na, Ca, Mg, P and S are all more than 1000μg·g-1. The trace elements of Tl, Sn,Cu and the heavy metal elements of Pb, Cd, Cr are not determined. The RSD of ten elements is between 1.76%and 10.77%. The results of studies will provide theoretical basis for the further development and utilization on Myosotis sylvatica.
