Abstract
The samples were prepared by microwave digestion with HNO3 and H2O2. The constituents and content of mineral elements of Angelica sinensis in Minxian were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry( ICP-OES). The results show that fifteen kinds of mineral elements are quantitatively tested from Angelica sinensis in Minxian, including K,Na,Al,B,Ba,Ca,Fe,Mg,Mn,P,S,Si,Sr,Zn and Cr. The macro elements include K,Ca,Mg,P and S. The trace elements include Al,B,Ba,Fe,Mn,Si,Sr and Zn,etc. The trace elements of Tl,Ti,Sn,Cu and the heavy metal elements of Pb,Cd are not determined. The RSD of fifteen elements is between 1. 01% ~ 19. 01%. The results of studies will provide theoretical basis and scientific data for the further development and utilization on the edible and medical value in Angelica sinensis in Minxian.
