Abstract
Objective To analyze the mineral elements in leek from Xianyang. Methods Samples were prepared by wet microwave digestion procedure with HNO3/ H2O2and determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer( ICP-OES). Results The results showed there were 20 mineral elements in leek, which are K,S,P,Ca,Mg,Na,Al,Si,Fe,Zn,Sr,Mn,B,Ba,V,Cu,Cr,Ti, Ga and Pb. The RSD of results was between 0. 49% and 9. 20%. The recovery rate of standard sample was from 89. 0% to 109. 6%. Conclusion These results obtained by microwave digestion-ICP-OES provide basic data for further developing and applying of leek.
