Abstract

Heilongjiang province has achieved remarkable success in the strategic upgrade of its economic cooperation with Russia,and completed the first phase of goals a year ahead.The province's economic cooperation with Russia moved forward and into a new environ- ment where there are a great potential of development and some problems required to be resolved.The two sides should push forward their pragmatic cooperation,upgrade their cooperation level and bring about a win-win at the maximum limit.
