Abstract
This paper deals with the effect of combination of light quality and NAA on the dedifferentiation of the bulbil of Dioscorea opposita. Results showed different effect under different light quality as follovos:(1)when the consistency of NAA was 2mg/L,the time of callus formation was earliest;when the consistency of NAA was 2mg/L or 4mg/L,the rate of callus production was the highest.(2)soluble protein of the callus was favourably increased by blue light, but peroxidase(POD)activity of the callus was advanced by yelow light.
