Abstract

Taking the leaves of 47 Dioscorea opposita as test materials,the effect of light quality and 2,4-D combination on callus induction were studied.The results showed that under red light and 2,4-D 2 mg/L,the quantity of callus production was most and the rate of callus production was highest;the soluble protein of the callus was favorable increased by blue light.
