Abstract
This paper deals with the effect of combination of light quality and plant growth substance on the dedifferentiation and redifferentiation in the bulbil of Tiegun Dioscorea Thund. Results showed that: During the callus induction, the combination of 6-BA and NAA is superior to that of 6-BA and 2,4-D; calli's production is earlier, the rate of callus production can be reached to 100% under all light quality. During differentiation of calli, under the same condition, the rate of differentiation is hightest in blue light (100%), in red light and white light (95%and 91.7%), in green light and yellow light (84.4% and 75%), and lowest in dark (22.6%).
