Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of pre-electroacupuncture(EA) on plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α in dysmenorrhea rats in order to discuss the specificity of acupoints in relieving uterus pain preliminarily. Methods: Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into saline group, model group,EA Sanyinjiao(SP6) group,EA Xuehai(SP10) group,EA Xuanzhong(GB39) group,EA non-acupoint(NA) group.Estradiol benzoate and oxytocin were chosen to make the model of dysmenorrhea. The rats of treatment groups were given EA for 20 minutes after bounded, while, the rats of saline group and model group were only bounded for 20 minutes, once a day,for 3 days. The latency period and score of writhing were recorded for 20 minutes after the last EA.The content of Plasma TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α were detected with radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with saline group, the latency period of writhing in model group was significantly shortened(P0.01),and the writhing score was significantly increased(P0.05).The content of plasma TXB2,and the ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α in model group were significantly increased(P0.05).In comparison with model group, the ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α in SP6 group was significantly reduced(P0.05).The writhing score in SP6 group was significantly increased compared with SP10 group and NA group. Conclusion: Pre-EA SP6 can balance plasma TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α to change the environment of blood vessel, relieve spasm of blood vessels to ease the pain, there weren't obvious regulation with SP10,GB39 and NA.SP6 had better effect for regulating vein substance,SP6 had the specificity among acupoints in relieving uterus pain.
