Abstract

Objective:To research the effect on IP3 in the uterus tissue of dysmenorrhea model rats with Pre-electroacupuncture the different classes acupoints in the same meridian and the different meridians apoints.Methods:50 femal SD rat were randomized into saline,model,electroacupuncture(EA)Sanyinjiao(SP6),EAXuehai(SP10),EAHegu (LI4)groups with 10 rats in each group.In addition to saline group,the remaining rats groups were given subcutaneous injection of estradiol benzoate injection for 10 consecutive days.1h After the last administration,intraperitoneal injection of oxytocin 2u each rat to create dysmenorrhea rats model,saline group given the same dose of saline per day.On the 8th day each group of acupuncture given EA 20min,saline group and model group were bound 20min,Once a day,a total of 3 times.observing the writhing response after the last acupuncture.The uterine IP3 were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method.Results:①Writhing scores per minute:Compared with the saline group,Writhing scores per minute increased significantly in the model,SP10 and LI4 groups(all P0.01);There was no significant difference in SP6 group(P0.05).Compared with the model group,Writhing scores per minute decreased significantly in the SP6 group(P0.05).There were no significant difference in SP10 and LI4 groups(all P0.05).Writhing scores per minute in SP10 group was significantly higher than that in SP6(P0.01)②IP3 level of the uterus:Compared with the saline group,model group,SP10 and LI4 groups were lower significantly(P0.01,P0.05),SP6 group no significant difference(P0.05).Compared with model group,SP6 was increased significantly(P0.01;there was no significant difference in SP10 and LI4 groups(all P0.05);The IP3 level in SP6 was significantly higher than that in SP10 and LI4 groups(all P0.01).Conclusion:Pre-EA SP6 group inhibited the rats writhing response significantly,The mechanisms is to regulat the IP3 signal transduction pathway physiologically,while restraining the role of uterine smooth muscle contraction.The SP10 and LI4 groups had no significant regulation effect in writhing response and IP3.It reflect the effect differences between the different classes acupoints in the same meridian and the different meridians apoints.
