Abstract

Objective To research the effect on IP3 in the uterus tissue of dysmenorrhea model rats with instant electroacupuncture (EA) the same nerve segment acupoint and non-acupuncture point.Methods Fifty femal SD rat were randomly divided into saline,model,EA Sanyinjiao (SP6),EA Xuanzhong (GB39),EA non-acupuncture point (NAP) groups with 10 rats in each group.Except for saline group,the rats were given subcutaneous injection of estradiol benzoate injection for 10 days.1 h after the last administration,intraperitoneal injection of oxytocin 2 U was given to each rat to create dysmenorrhea model,saline group was given the same dose of saline per day.On the 10th day,each group of acupuncture was given EA 20 min,saline group and model group were bound 20 min,the writhing response was observed at the same time.The uterine IP3 content was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method.Results ① Writhing response:Compared with the saline group,writhing numbers per minute and writhing scores per minute increased significantly in the model group (all P 0.01).Writhing numbers per minute increased significantly (all P0.01),writhing scores per minute had no significant difference in the EA groups (all P 0.05).Compared with the model group,writhing numbers and writhing scores per minute decreased significantly in the EA groups (all P0.01).Writhing numbers and writhing scores per minute had no significant difference among the EA groups (all P0.05).②IP3 content level of the uterus:Compared with the saline group,it was lower in SP6 group (P0.05),and lower significantly in model,GB39 and NAP groups (all P0.01).Compared with model group,SP6 group increased significantly (P0.05),there was no significant difference in the other EA groups (P0.05).The IP3 level in SP6 group was significantly higher than that in GB39 group (P 0.01).Conclusion Instant EA groups can inhibit the rats writhing response.EA groups had no significant differences in improving the dysmenorrhea symptoms,it may be related to the same nerve segment dominate.There was significant difference between SP6 and GB39 in regulating IP3,reflecting acupoint effect specificity.
