Abstract
To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs in the treatment of chemotherapeutic vomiting and nausea,60 cases with vomiting and nausea after abdominal chemotherapy for the malignant tumor in large intestine were divided into treatment group (n=35) and control group (n=25),and then treated by ingredient modified Gallbladder Warming Decoction and Metoclopramide respectively. Results showed the effective rates in the two groups were 65.7% and 56.0%,with no difference between them ( P 0.05);the symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea improved more greatly in treatment group than in control group;especially for the symptoms caused by phlegm dampness accumulation and Qi stagnation.
