Abstract
Ni-Fe alloy coatings were fabricated by electrodeposition process. The surface morphology and structure of the Ni-Fe alloy coatings were determined, and corrosion behavior of the coatings in various medium solutions were investigated by electrochemical polarization method. The results indicated that Ni-Fe alloy coating which contains 19.23% Fe has the optimal corrosion resistance in 5% H2SO4 and 3.5% NaCl solutions. But in 5% NaOH solution,Ni-Fe alloy coating containing 28.16 % Fe has the highest corrosion resistance.
