Abstract
Objective:Research Xiangqi granules on immune function in immunosuppressive mice. Methods: The mice orally administered, subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone or cyclophosphamide- suppressed mice immune function, observed immunosuppressive drugs on mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, total leukocyte, lymphocyte transformation rate, the content of serum hemolysin. Results: Xiangqi granules on the immune-suppressed mice significantly enhance peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, total leukocyte, lymphocyte transformation rate, the content of serum hemolysin. Conclusion: Xiangqi granules can significantly enhance immune functions of immunosuppressed mice.
