Abstract
Objective:Xiangqi granules research on the immune function of mice the effects of antiinfective.Methods:The mice orally administered,subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide and(or) hydrocortisone-suppressed mice immune function,then by the lung or intraperitoneal injection of the tested strains to observe the Xiangqi granules on mortality in immunosuppressive mice impact.Results:Xiangqi granules significantly reduce the Klebsiella infection,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,hemolytic streptococcus immunosuppressive mice mortality.Conclusion:Xiangqi granules can significantly improve the immune function of mice anti-infective.
