Abstract

Migrant Workers make a great contribution to urban and rural construction,while their medical care can not be guaranteed,which has become a social problem.We should set up safety network in medical care system,which covers the whole society and is made up of three levels.The first level is basic security system of medical care.The second is business insurance,which is supplement of medical care system.The third is medical assis-tance,which can play an important role in building harmonious society.
