On Integration of New Rural Co-operative Medical System

Since 2003,it has been obvious that the implementation of the new rural co-operative medical system has a positive effect on the problem of the peasant illness and poverty.However,with the development of economy and society in both urban and rural places,and with the promotion of public health care standards,it is necessary for us to accelerate the integration of the medical security system,breaking the boundaries of the medicare security systems which are established according to identity and occupation.So we should intensify our efforts to strengthen the medical insurance actuarial research,in accordance with individual accounts and social principles to integrate the new rural co-operative medical system with migrant workers,minors,and medical security system,so as to promote the development of medical security system.
