Abstract

Objective:A HPLC method for determination of Lcraiin in Funingkang Capsule was established.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were listed below: Dianonisil ODS C18 column,UV detector at 283nm of wavelength,a mobile phase of methanol-0.025mol/L phosphate acid(35:65),and 1.0ml.min-1 of flow rate.Result:The calibration curves were linear for Lcraiin within 0.1274~0.637μg(r=0.9993).The recovery was 97.1%(RSD=0.43%).Conclusion:This method is simple and the separate result is satisfactory.
