Abstract
The rhizosphere fungi and the endophytic fungi were isolated from Drynaria roosi. The results showed that there were 46 strains of rhizosphere fungi belonging to 9 genera,6 families,5 orders,2 subdivision,Penicillium,Aspergillus,Trichoderma,Fusarlum were the dominant genus of endophytic fungi;50 strains of endophytic fungi belonging to 12 genera,5 families,4 orders,1 subdivision,Penicillium,Aspergillus,Trichoderma,Fusarlum were the dominant genus of rhizosphere fungi. There were abundant diversity and certain correlation between endophytic fungi and rhizosphere fungi of Drynaria roosii.
