Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous fine-needle aspiration biopsy of pulmonary mass. Methods: Of 150 patients with pulmonary mass under CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy, the sensitivity and complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The accuracy was 96%,123 cases confirmed to be malignant,21cases benign but 6 cases remained to be confirmed.Complications were pneumothorax in 31 cases and pneumorrhagia in 27 cases. Conclusion: CT guided percutaneous fine needle aspiration biopsy of lung is a safe, accurate and effective technique.
