Economic Competitive Power Evaluation of County Domain and Region Development in the Case of Chongqing

County-regional economy is a significant constituent of national economy.An evaluation model of county-regional comprehensive economy competitive power based on factor analysis is here adopted.Conclusion shows that the factors influential upon county-regional and economy development mainly include basic competitive power,regional innovation ability,life level competitiveness,and economy growth ability.The evaluated results of competitive power by using SPSS and GIS tools have witnessed that the spatial difference of economical development level in county regions is very evident.The economic space of Chongqing is divided into four parts: density regions,quasi-density regions,quasi-rural regions and rural regions.The spatial planning and development aim in the future will be promoted in the way of one region,one axis and one core.One region is the region of the west of Chongqing,including 23 counties.One axis is the region along the Yangtze River and high way of Yu-E in the east of Chongqing,including 8 county cities.One core is the region center of Qianjiang.Some advices are offered that it is necessary to Close Regional Development Gaps by transferring countryside surplus labor force.
