With the implement of the strategy of regional development in Liaoning province,the county economy has been developed with an accelerated speed,and,therefore,the short-board of county economy has been prolonged.The characteristics of the county economy in Liaoning province are as follows:it develops very well in the coastal regions,lags behind in Shenyang regions,and develops with a high speed but in a small scale in northwest regions.Studying and understanding the characteristics of county economy in Liaoning contribute to find the problems existing in the development of regional county economy,and,therefore,adopt proper targeted strategies,so as to realize the leaping development of county economy by accelerating the overall development of regional economy.
