On Cultivation of Comprehensive Employability of High Vocational Education School Students

Abstract

The fact that higher vocational education school students,employment situation is getting more and more serious has caused the focus of the society. An important characteristic of higher vocational education is to strengthen the cultivation of the students,comprehensive employability. This paper,started with the present condition of cultivation of comprehensive employability of high vocational education school students,analyzed the factors causing the difficulty of the higher vocational students,employment from the three aspects of the school,society and students themselves,also made reflections and explorations on how to cultivate the comprehensive employability of high vocational education school students.
