Study on Employability Structure of Higher Vocational School Students and Impacts of Higher Vocational Education on It

Questionnaire investigation and factor analysis show that,the employability of higher vocational school students include five dimensions:professional ability,independent ability,social adaptability and innovative and entrepreneurship ability;the most influencing school education factors on students are characteristic talent cultivation model,practice training and specialty setup;professional ability,independent ability and entrepreneurship and innovative ability are the abilities that higher education influencing most on students and the most lack abilities of students.
