The Exploration of Enhancing the Employability of the Grads from Vocational Colleges

The employability of vocational college graduates is not only related to employment prospects of grads,but a test for operating ability of colleges.This paper discusses how to improve students' employability from following four aspects;great emphasis on comprehensive ability of vocational college students,managing to cultivate competitiveness of vocational students,enhancing students' adaptability with instruction of the teaching masters and focus on multi-skill training of vocational students.
