Abstract
[Objective] To establish a method for determining puerarin and daidzin from total flavonoids extracts of RADIX PUERARIAE.[Method] HPLC conditions were:chromatographic column of C18 column, mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25∶75,V/V),detection wavelength of 250 nm,flow rate of 0.8 ml/min,column temperature of room temperature and sampling amount of 4 μl.[Result] In determining range, puerarin and daidzin showed good relationship to concentration, respectively.Total flavonoids extracts from RADIX PUERARIAE were 5.41 and 7.50 μg/ml in puerarin and daidzin individually.[Conclusion] This case provided basis for better utilization of RADIX PUERARIAE.
