Evaluation of curative effect of Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate curative effect of Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into edaravone treatment groups and control groups,respectively 46 cases ing each groups.The difference of neurological deficit scores between two groups before treatment,arter treatment 7d,14 d,30 d,and the difference of clinical efficacy after treatment 30 d were compared.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the treatment groups were lower than control group in each period.(P0.05,P0.01).After treatment 30 d,the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group is respectively 86.9%and 69.6%.Conclusion Early application of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function,lower rates of disability,improve the quality of life.
