Abstract

The PAGE has been adapted to analyze the POD of two varieties,Sophora alopecuroides and S.viciifolia.The results showed that the POD in their organs were obviously different;the POD's bands of S.alopecuroides buds were more colorful than the seeds,the capability of S.viciifolia was higher than that of S.alopecuroides.
