Abstract

The PAGE has been adopted to analyse the POD of two varieties Sophora alopecuroides Linn.and Sophora viciifolia Hance in Journ..The results showed:the POD in their organs were obviously difference,the POD's bands of the Sophora alopecuroides's buds were more coloured than the seeds.The capability of the Sophora viciifolia resisted was higher than that of the Sophora alopecuroides.
