Abstract

ObjectiveCompare the content of oxymatrine and flavonoids in the seed of Sophora akipecuroides from different nabitats. MethodsThe content of oxymatrine were determined by RP-HPLC,the content of total flavonoids were determined by ultraviolet spectrolhotometry. ResultsThe difference of the content of oxymatrine and flavonoid in the seed of sophora alopecuroides which from different habitats were quite large, the values were between 0.654%~2.425% and 0.096%~0.150% respectively. ConclusionThe habitats have some effect on the content of oxymatrine and total flavonoids in the seed of sophora alopecuroides, this research can provide some reference for the germplasm resources of screening alopecuroides and quality evaluation.
