Abstract
The electrochemical behavior of Eugenol in HAc-NaAc(pH=6.0) buffer solution on active glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse stripping voltammetry(DPSV).The results showed that a couple oxidation and redox peaks of Eugenol on this electrode were obtained by cyclic voltammetry in HAc-NaAc buffer solution, and the peak potential was at 0.188V and 0.485V respectively.Using differential pulse stripping voltamme-try,the relationship between the peak current and the concentration of Eugenol was studied. The linear range for Eugenol was 4.00×10-6~2.58×10-4mol/L.The detection limit was 1.96×10-6mol/L.
