Abstract
The voltammetric property of codeine phosphate was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry at a Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode. An oxidation peak for codeine phosphate was observed at about +1.06 V, but no reduction peak was found. The linear range was 5.0×10~(-7)~2.5×10~(-5) mol/L and the detection limit was 1.3×10~(-7) mol/L. Two kinds of medicine were determined by this method and the result was satisfactory.
