Abstract
A novel differential pulse stripping voltammetry was developed for the determination of the ofloxacin content in the medicament by the differential pulse stripping voltammetry using a poly(crystal violet) film-modified glassy carbon electrode.Electrochemical behaviors of ofloxacin on the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse stripping voltammetry.Comparing ordinary glassy carbon electrode, the modified electrode can increasse the response of electrochemical signal.Under the optimal conditions, the calibration plot was linear in the range of 1~10 mg/L with a regression coefficiet of 0.998 3,and the detection limit(3σ) of 1.0×10-6 for cyclic voltammetry;while the calibration plot of differential pulse stripping voltammetry was linear in the range of 0.1~1 mg/L with a regression
