Abstract
Due to their inherent limitations, both the theory of business transaction contract and the theory of business competence and knowledge have met with difficulties in their further development. The prerequisite of going out of the theoretical straits is to find a theoretical pivot thereby to integrate various enterprise theories. The essay suggests that the definition and the theoretical hypothesis of enterprise man could be used as a pivot to deepen the study of enterprise theory, hence give rise to a series of breakthrough and innovation.
