Since the 20th century, along with the social economy's development, each school of the enterprise theories has put forward their views about the enterprise social responsibility from their own theoretical logics. The paper starts from evolution process of the enterprise theories and then analyzes enterprise theories from three angles of traditional economics, stakeholder theory as well as harmony theory.
