Abstract

classic thesis of The Nature of Enterprise authored by Coase established the modern enterprise theories;and put forward the contract theory definitely.It took the enterprise as a conjunction of a set of contracts,which is one of basic standpoints of contractual theories of enterprise.The study mainly refers to the essence of enterprise,the boundary between enterprise and market,and the superior arrangement of the enterprise ownership,etc.It broke the Black Box model under the new classic frame,and produced a profound influence on the modern enterprise theories.
