Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of MEBO on old patient with diabetic skin ulcer.Method: The 57 cases of old patients with diabetic skin ulcer were treated with MEBO.Result:The wounds in 28 cases of them were closed with fully growth of granulation tissue;the wounds of other 26 eases were closed after micro-particle autograf- ring at the neo-regenerated cultivated granulation tissue wound;rest 3 cases were discharged because of previously getting better after timely treatment at the local wound.Conclusion:MEBO has a significant efficacy on the wound healing of dia- betic skin ulcerof old patient.
