Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Danggui Huoxue capsule.Methods The separation of paeoniflorin was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with a detection wavelength of 230 nm.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(14:86).Result The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.142~1.42 mg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 97.28% and the RSD was 1.60%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Dangguihuoxue Capsule.
