Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Danshaojiangtang capsules. METHODS:Using HPLC to determine paeoniflorin content.RESULTS:The experiment has showed that the content of paeoniflorin should be no less 2.79 mg in single capsule.The recovery of this method is 96.18%(RSD=1.59%).CONCLUSION:This method is simple, quick and precise.
