Abstract
Objective To investigate CT stereotactic hematoma broken aspiration biopsy for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into the research group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods. Patients in the research group were subject to CT stereotactic hematoma broken aspiration biopsy, and patients in the control group were subject to conservative treatment, the treatment efficacies on patients in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications and mortality rate of patients in the research group were lower than that of patients in the control group(P0.05), the differences were statistically significant. The cure rate of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group. Conclusion CT stereotactic hematoma broken aspiration biopsy is featured with less complications, minor neural function damage, high cure rate and low mortality rate in the treatment of hypertension when compared with that of patients undergoing conservative treatment, being worthy of wide application in the clinical applications.
