Application of stereotactic hematoma evacuation surgery in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage therapy

【Objective】To summarize the treatment experiences of application of stereotactic hematoma evacua- tion surgery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.【Methods】Collected 127 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and compared the decrease of hematoma and prognosis between the stereotactic surgery group and the conservative treatment group. 【Results】The decrease of hematoma of stereotactic surgery group(37±10.5 mL) was significantly higher than 5±2.3 mL of the conservative treatment group(P 0.05), the patients have good re- sults of stereotactic surgery group is 59.1%, which was significantly higher than conservative treatment. There were 7 rebleeding patients of the stereotactic surgery group compare to 4 patients of the conservative treatment group(P 0.05). 【Conclusions】The application of stereotactic hematoma evacuation surgery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which can decrease the volume faster, improve outcomes of the patients.
