Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of CT guided aspiration of hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The object of study of 80 patients in our hospital from 2012-2013 emergency department were hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, patients were diagnosed by head CT examination confirmed the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients in emergency department admissions, systolic blood pressure of 180 mmhg. Study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases of patients in each group, the control group were given routine treatment, giving the drugs to patients to reduce intracranial pressure, oxygen inhalation, intravenous support to patients of water and electrolyte balance, closely monitor the vital signs of patients. The observation group patients in the control group based on routine treatment, the uplink CT guided aspiration for intracerebral hematoma. Results The test patients in the treatment group,20 cases were cured,40 patients accounted for 50%; 18 cases were improved,45% of 40 patients; 2 cases are invalid, accounting for 5% of 40 patients, patients in the control group, cured 10 cases, accounting for 25% of40 cases, the total effective rate was 95%; improved in 12 cases, accounting for 30% of 40 patients; 18 cases are invalid, accounting for 45% of the 40 cases, the total effective rate was 55% in treatment group, the cure rate, improvement rate, total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, and the P 0. 05 has significant difference, the patients in control group was significantly higher than that of control group were invalid, and P 0. 05 have the difference of statistics. Conclusions The CT guided aspiration of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can significantly improve patient outcomes, and has the advantages of simple operation, small wound, fast recovery,is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
