Abstract
With the development of the global industry value chain,multinational companies which are at the high-end of the value chain often use buyer's monopoly power or seller's monopoly power formatted by their technical standards and standardization to control and adjust the value chain industry distribution. In the existing literatures,the influence of technical standards for special industries is the focus of a lot of scholars.This paper analyzes the principles of standard in value distribution in different dynamic-mode industry value chains,and makes empirical studies with specific cases.Finally,it gives some suggestions according to the present situation of standardization in China.
