Abstract

Scientific concept of development is different from traditional scientific concept of nature. The latter holds that nature is only the tool to achieve human development and the target of human's rational rule, and the relationship between human and nature is simply that nature is ruled by technical sense of human.Contrarily, the former insists the viewpoint that the coordinated development of human and nature, and that the harmonious relationship between human and nature is the inevitable foundation of social harmony.Scientific concept of development is dialectic negative to scientific concept of nature, which requires we should look on correctly the intrinsic value of nature and dominant position of mankind, and fulfill the unity of purpose and law in our practice activities. In order to achieve sustainable development of human and nature,we should correctly look on the role of science and technology, and reconcile human and nature,as well as ourselves. Then we may ultimately realize the integrity and beauty of ecological community.
