Abstract
Objective To observe the phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy for the treatment of glaucoma with cataract clinical efficacy.Methods Retrospective analysis of glaucoma patients with cataract in the hospital conducting phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy(super-milk triple surgery),74 cases of patients(92 eyes),and the conducting of manual extracapsular cataract extraction lens implantation and trabeculectomy(outside the capsule triple surgery),40 cases of patients(52 eyes),recording operation before and after the intraocular pressure and visual acuity,surgical complications and record filtering bleb situation.Results The super-group after triple surgery the average for the intraocular pressure(13.72±2.72) mm Hg,outside the capsule triple group the average IOP after surgery(12.92±5.35) mm Hg,a significant drop in pre-operative(P0.01) and Decline in the value of the two groups were not significantly different(t=0.166,P0.05).Triple super-milk group after surgery significantly improved vision(χ2=18.254,P0.01).Conclusion phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy can be safe and effective treatment of glaucoma with cataract,and better than extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy.
