The clinical research of autoblood ultroviolet radiation therapy combined with high-dose FuFang Danshen injection and Marine for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of autoblood ultroviolet radiation therapy(AURT) combined with high dose FuFang Danshen injection , Huangqi injection and Marine on hepatic fibrosis(HF). Methods 110 cases of HF were randomly allocated to Group A, Group B and Group C. Group A( n =36) was treated with captopril and traditional Chinese medicine (FuFang Danshen and Huangqi injection,FDHI). Group B ( n =46) was treated with AURT combined with captopril and FDHI. Group C ( n =28) was treated with AURT combined with high dose FuFang Danshen injection, Huangqi injection and Marine. The changes of symptoms and signs, serum hyaluronate(HA), hepatitis B virus markers and the hepatic function were observed before and after treatment. Results The declined extent of HA in three groups were (37.72±54.45)%,(49.53±35.28)%,(59.82± 17.49 )% respctively; when the declined extent of HA 40%, the total effective rate in three groups were 61.1%,76.1%,85.7% respectively,χ 2=58, P 0.001. Conclusions AURT combined with high dose FuFang Danshen injection, Huangqi injection and Marine can increase the therapeutic effect of routine therapy on severe HF, and is worth widely research.
