Auti-hepatic fibrosis effect of Huangqi injection and Danshen injection on 52 cases of liver fibrosis

OBJECTIVE Observation of Huangqi injection and Danshen injection of anti-hepatic fibrosis.METHODS The 96 patients with early liver cirrhosis patients were divided into two groups,treatment group 52 cases given Huangqi injection 30 mL 5%glucose intravenous drip injection 250 mL in a day,a second,Danshen injection 30 mL 5%glucose intravenous drip injection 250 mL in a day,a second,30 days for a course of treatment.Control group 44 cases,conventional liver protection,support,and other symptomatic treatment.Were compared before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs,liver function,serum indicators of liver fibrosis.RESULTS Two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum pc Ⅲ,HA,LN,Ⅳ-C levels and liver function,viral targets were no significant differences(P0.05).Astragalus Danshen injection in the treatment group after treatment of liver fibrosis compared with before treatment a significant improvement(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P0.01).CONCLUSION Huangqi injection and Danshen injection have a certain therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis.
