Comparison of Clinical Effect of Huangqi Injection and Danshen Injection for Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:Study and compare the influence on albuminuria,renal function,cellular immune function,urine FDP of Chinese medicine preparation about Huangqi injection and Danshen injection for chronic glomerulonephritis of syndrome of qi deficiency with blood stasis.Methods:We chose the cases strictly according to the standard.This investigation used randomized controlled trial and double blinding.Group of Huangqi injection had 30 cases,group of Danshen Injection had 30 cases and group of control had 30 cases respectively.Group of Huangqi injection:Huangqi injection 40mL+5%GS(or GNS250mL)VD30gtt/min,qd plus basic therapy;group of Danshen injection:Danshen injection 40mL+5%GS(or GNS250mL)VD30gtt/min,qd plus basic therapy group of control:basic therapy plus cytochrome C15mL+CoA100U+ATP20mg+5%GS(orGNS 250mL)VD30gtt/min,qd,observing for 3 months and 1 month made up of a course.Results:These results show that Huangqi injection and Danshen injection can improve immunological function,reduce albuminuria,reduce BUN and Scr,decrease clinical syndrome.Conclusion:Huangqi injection and Danshen injection have wide foreground in prevention and treating chronic glomerulonephritis.
